¿ä¾à As leprosy shows the various cutaneous and nervous symptoms, it should be
differentiated from many dermatologic and neurologic diseases. Although the
dermatologic diseases, which are very similar to leprosy, are familiar to dermatologists,
but the neurologic diseases especially showing sensory disturbances need more attention
to dermatologists. We present a case of hereditary sensory and autonomic neuropathy
characterized by primary sensory deficit and secondary skin lesions such as plantar
ulcer and painless paronychia.
