To elucidate defaulter factors of anti-leprosy medication, Ⅰ performed defaulter
proportion in 684 registered leprosy patients, province of west Kyong Nam by age, sex,
disability, classification and occupation.
The results were as follows.
1. The highest defaulter decades group is 7th decades(58.9%), higher than 4th
decades(52.4%).
2. The group of female is higher than group of male(63.7%>54.7%).
3. The defaulter proportion of the patients without disability is higher than the
patients with disability(62.8%>55.6%).
4. The defaulter proportion of the tuberculous group is higher than lepromatous
patients(53.3%>43.9%). |
