¿ä¾à The Korean Leprosy Control Association which has worked as a social affairs
organization and a health organization could be improved through the following several
notable reformations.
The first is the reorganization of putting productivity first rather than
authoritarianism.
The second is that there should be independent budget sources for performing the
unique projects.
Thirdly, it is necessary to perform active rehabilitation policy for leprosy patients such
as reconstructive surgery, social return and establishing a house for the aged patients.
Finally, KLCA will have to maintain the intimate relationship among other
organizations of similar aims to improve and extend the above mentioned proposals.
