Randomly selected 37 leprosy patients, suspected as quiet neural relapsed, on the process of checking for RFT after a longterm optimal antileprosy treatments are analysed and resulted as follow : 1) The neural signs were most frequently seen at ulnar nerve(93.3%) 2) More frequent in lepromatous patients(70%) 3) 63.3% were revealed as unilateral involvement 4) Daily administration of dapsone and rifampicin was effective in all cases |
