¿ä¾à A 62-year old man was admitted to the department of psychiatry through the
department of internal medicine, where the diagnosis of the patient was either
somatization disorder or non-toxic goiter because of the generalized vibrating numbness
of the skin without visible skin lesion. One month after the development of the vibrating
numbness of the skin , reddish swelling of the fact and widespread infiltrated plaques
appeared. Skin biopsy suggested reactional leprosy and careful past history revealed
discontinuance of antileprous drug seven month previosely. The readministration of the
antileprous drug showed good therapeutic response.
