요약 |
We studied the serum anti-PGL antibodies of the leprosy patients and contactants
living at home and resettlement villages. And the following results were obtained.
1. 69 of 169 multibacillary patients showed positive antibody titers positive rate: 40.8,
Mean antibody titer: 0.52), and antibody titers decreased markedly after chemotherapy.
2. 4 of 28 paucibacillary patients shewed positive antibody titers (Positive antibody
titer > 0.2, Positive rate: 14.3%), and in contactants 10 of 103 cases showed positive
results Positive rate: 9.7%).
3. There were no inter-regional differences in antibody positive rates and mean
absorbance titers among Chung-Buk, J.eon-Buk, and Kyung-Buk areas. |
