¿ä¾à We report herein a case of tardy ulnar palsy, occurring in a 60 year-old female
patient, which represented sensory loss of left inner half of the ring finger and the little
finger, atrophy of left first interosseous muscle, and thickening of ulnar nerve at the
level of left elbow joint.
We examined her minutely and checked bone roentgenogram, E.M.G.(electromyogram),
and skin biopsy.
Due to fall 5 years ago, she sustained a trauma on left elbow joint.
The X-ray study of the left elbow showed osteoarthritic bone changes.
Cutaneous signs and symptoms suggesting leprosy were not found. So we diagnosed
it as tardy ulnar palsy.
