Four relapsed Paucibacillary leprosy cases were detected under dapsone montherapy. All
the cases have more than 20 years of treatment history, and revealed strong positive
reaction of lepromin test. Highest BIs were found at eyeblow slit smear and BIs were
declined by higher dosage of dapsone but negative by multidrug therapy. |
