Colchicine was tried on the 5 leprous patients who had had ENL for several months,
And we evaluated the efficacy of colchicine by examination of the ulnar and median
nerve function before and after 2 wk-colchicine therapy, through VNT (voluntary muscle
test) and 57 (sensory test).
Every patient got favorable results. Colchicine seems to wort on the ENL and can be
on the patients with ENL who can't accept steroid or, thalidomide or clofazimine . |
