요약 |
This study was included 8 lepromatous and 7 tuberculoid leprosy patients. Because of
technical failure of LTT, 3 of lepromatous and 2 of tuberculoid leprosy were excluded in
this study.
The lymphocyte stimulation test with PHA revealed the higher index rate in
tuberculoid leprosy than those of lepromatous leprosy in the concentration of 3 and 6 ug
PHA in 1 ml cultures (1.5×106 leprous lymphocytes/ml). Further study
will be needed for the effect of DDS on lymphocyte transformation. |
