¿ä¾à Various known leprosy case-finding methods are applied in the leprosy mobile activity
and difficulties of the case-finding derange expectation to the project in Korea.
Authors utilized three new case-finding methods in own field work, and the results
were evaluated as follow:
1. Through army draft examination during last 13 years, 93.8% of total examinees
were examined and the attack rate was 0.2.
2. On non-contaminated village examination, 82.6% of total inhabitants were examined
and only one emigrated burnt-out case was found.
3. On high-school senior class student examination, two early tuberculoid cases were
found out of 3011 examined.
